Taking part in working out the mid- and long-term scheme and annual plan for the development of foreign investment, investment introduction catalogues and plans; supervising and coordinating the investment introduction and promotion of Zhongshan City; helping organize negotiations for foreign trade and economic cooperation and activities of investment introduction and promotion; examining, approving and managing the contracts, constitution and its alteration of foreign invested projects; analyzing the development tendency of foreign investment, and giving advice and suggestions on the promotion of foreign investment.
